Why should I choose a villa rather than a hotel?

Compare the cost of hotel accommodation for 10 people and you will see what fantastic value renting a villa is.

Why be limited to a hotel room when you can have the luxury of your own private pool & hot tub, games room, X-box, and fully equipped kitchen?  In addition the fabulous Windsor Hills resort offers all the facilities that you would expect of a 5* resort, eg large pool, water slide, tennis, basketball, gym, movie theatre, …

 

How do I make a reservation?

First check out the availability.  Next complete the booking form and submit it. And last (but not least) organise payment of the deposit – when you submit the booking form you will select from a drop down box your method of payment, the relevant details will then be emailed to you.  Once all of this has been completed we will email a booking confirmation.

 

How can I pay for my reservation?

We accept Paypal, credit/debit card, UK bank transfer, UK cheque, US cheque and via the HomeAway site.

 

How do you take a security deposit?

A final registration document will be sent to you approximately 14 days prior to your arrival date.  This will authorise a security hold to be processed against a credit card.  No money will be taken from on this card unless there is damage to the property.

 

How do I check in?

The villa will be available for check in from 4pm.  Once you have completed the security deposit form (approx 2 weeks prior to your arrival) we will email you the electronic lock code that is valid for the duration of you stay.  When you arrive at the resort you will need to show the 24 hour gate house staff your rental voucher and ID in order to be admitted to the resort.

 

What is and isn’t provided in the home?

The villa is fully furnished and ready for your enjoyment.

The kitchen is fully stocked with all cookware, toaster, coffee maker, microwave, blender,  and dishware.

2 sets of bedsheets for each bedroom and 2 sets of towels  for each person are provided.  Pillows, blankets and other bedding as well as an iron and ironing board.

Each bathroom has a starter quantity of soap and toilet tissue.

Consumable items like dishwashing soap, laundry detergent, paper towels and trash bags are not provided.

Food and drink are also not provided.

Numerous supermarkets are located close to Windsor Hills enabling you to purchase these items.  In addition there is a small convenience store within Windsor Hill that can offer starter packs that can be delivered direct to the villa. See  http://www.windsorhillsshop.com/ for details.

 

Is housekeeping service provided?

The villa will be cleaned fully prior to your arrival and will be cleaned upon your departure.  Further maid service can be supplied, for an additional fee, by contacting the management company.

Every week the pool is professionally cleaned, should you have any issues with the pool a call to the management company will sort it out.

 

How do I use the resort amenities?

The security guards will issue guests with a voucher containing a code to allow them entry into the games room and pool area.

 

How does the Shuttle Service work?

You can find full details of schedules and make arrangements at the Clubhouse.

 

What if I have a problem during my stay?

In the unlikely event of a problem our managment company is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to assist you.  They are also available to assist you with booking attraction tickets, car rental and golf.

 

What parking is available at the villa and Windsor Hills Resort?

There is a 5 car limit on the number of cars per booking.  Of these only 2 may be parked on the villa’s driveway.  Additional vehicles must be parked in the oversize parking lot.  Parking permits will be issued on arrival by staff at the gatehouse.  All drivers must have a valid driver’s licence.
